About Madison’s Homes

A small local company. Over 40 years of hands-on experience.

I’m Patrick Madison, owner of Madison’s Homes and a licensed Master Plumber. Based in Center Point, Iowa, I serve homeowners in Cedar Rapids, Marion, and nearby Linn County Iowa communities.

I established Madison’s Homes in 2004, bringing years of practical construction experience to a business built around personal service. When you call or text, you speak directly with me about your project, your priorities, and the next step.

Experience That Connects the Whole Project

My work includes plumbing repairs, traditional tank water heater replacement, home remodeling, carpentry, concrete foundations, poured basement walls, footings, and flatwork.

That range of experience helps when a project involves several kinds of work—such as a bathroom remodel with plumbing changes or a home addition needing a concrete foundation.

Practical Work and Straightforward Communication

I believe in understanding the problem, explaining the options, and discussing the scope and price before work begins. Sometimes a focused repair makes sense. Other times, replacement or a larger improvement is the better investment.

Madison’s Homes is licensed, insured, and bonded. Whether you need a smaller repair or are planning a larger project, you can expect a direct conversation with the person doing the work.
