I’m Patrick Madison, I’ve been building and renovating in the greater Cedar Rapids area for the past 35 years.  I’m a Master plumber and Journeyman HVAC specialist licensed through the Iowa Plumbing and Mechanical Systems Board.  I also have my septic certification from the Iowa Onsite Waste Water Association.  I spent some time early in my career working in Las Vegas, where I went through the entire Carpenters apprenticeship. I received multiple certificates in welding for vertical up and overhead, metal inert gas (mig), and stick 7018/6011/6013. Local 1977 opened my eyes on what I could achieve.  I was able to work on some really cool projects that you may have seen, such as the roller coaster at New York, New York hotel and the columns at Creasers Palace with their pool addition and tower project just to name a couple.  

My wife, Amanda, and I met almost 10 years ago and reside in Marion with our 2 children.  Jon (6) and Bella (4), they keep me pretty busy.  Jon is currently wrestling with the Linn-Mar Wrestling Club, GO LIONS!  Bella has been dancing at Prestige Dance Company the past 2 years.  Both also enjoy the Tang Soo Do classes at Revolution Martial Arts.  If you see us out and about, stop and say hi. 

As a family we enjoy camping and fishing in the summer, I hope to be able to take the kids to all 48 continental states on camping trips.  In the winter months, we like to spend our time in the warmth watching movies and caring for our baby chicks.  Last year, my wife and I started a chicken hatchery, focused on Iowa Blues, Jersey Giants, Cornish Crosses, and Rhode Island Reds.  Please give me a call if you’re interestedin learning any more or have questions on how I can help you with your home remodel or new construction project.
